Key Performance Areas:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Design Executive to manage and create high-quality visual content for our online marketplaces and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design capabilities along with a practical understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace requirements, product presentation, and digital marketing creatives to enhance brand visibility and online sales performance.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging creatives for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix etc, and the company website
  • Create product listing images, A+ content, banners, infographics, storefront creatives, product brochures, and promotional assets
  • Design digital marketing creatives for social media, paid advertisements, website banners, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketplace platforms
  • Edit and optimize product images, technical graphics, infographics, lifestyle creatives, and visual assets
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, content, and marketplace teams for campaign planning and execution
  • Maintain and update marketplace creatives in line with platform guidelines and brand standards
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace requirements, and digital design best practices
  • Manage multiple design assignments while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Support e-commerce sales, marketplace management, and operational activities as and when assigned, including catalog coordination, promotional execution, marketplace support, campaign assistance, and other business requirements
 

Job Features

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce graphic design, marketplace creatives, digital design, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce creative formats, product listing requirements, and marketplace standards
  • Experience in image retouching, banner creation, infographic design, product visualization, and digital branding
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and website aesthetics will be an added advantage
  • Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with e-commerce brands, B2B marketplaces, industrial/product-based businesses, or digital agencies
  • Understanding of Amazon A+ Content, marketplace catalog management, and online merchandising
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) will be an added advantage
